Microwave – Nope. Some ceramicists might say yes, but I prefer to tread carefully. I recommend avoiding the microwave to preserve the integrity of each piece. *Pieces with lustre are always a no.
Dishwasher – You can, but hand washing is always best. Occasional dishwasher use is okay, but frequent exposure to quick temperature changes can stress the clay and shorten the life of the finish. The same is true for microwaving.

All pieces are handmade in small batches, with natural variation and the marks of the process embraced as part of their character. For this reason, I do not offer exchanges.
Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out via email within 7 days of delivery including the following info:
proof of delivery date/delivery status
photos and a detailed description of the issue
Please note that shipping delays are common. I’ll do my best to make it right if the issue is within my control.
Return requests for items damaged due to prolonged/improper use will not be processed.

I currently only ship within Canada and will expand shipping options depending on the piece.
Please note that if you live outside of North America then your piece may take up to several weeks to arrive. Everything is packaged carefully in order to get to you safely. You are responsible for any customs fees incurred.

Nope, sorry! To keep things fair, all pieces are released through my online shop at the time of each update, though newsletter subscribers occasionally get early access.

Maybe! I try to keep my process loose and intuitive, led by what my hands want to shape and what the season inspires. That’s also why I keep wholesale partnerships limited and intentional.
If something speaks to you, I always recommend trusting that pull. I may not make it again. We go with the flow around here.

If everything shows “sold out,” it just means I don’t currently have any pieces available for purchase. I typically release a new collection every few months or so, and in between updates, my hands are hard at work shaping the next batch.

If there’s a password on the shop page, it means I’m preparing for an upcoming release. The password will be removed when the shop goes live.

If you sent me a DM on Instagram or TikTok and didn’t hear back, it probably got buried in my inbox, or I’m deep in a making session, or I’m recharging in nature.
It’s just me in the studio and behind the screen, and sometimes messages slip through. Instagram/TikTok isn’t the best place to keep track of conversations, so if you need to reach me, sending an email (with as much detail as possible) is the best way to get in touch. Thanks for your patience!
